We are currently seeking a skilled individual to fill the role of Property Maintenance Technician at Rowland Heights Mobile Estates. The ideal candidate will have experience in property maintenance and groundskeeping, with a focus on completing work orders and other necessary tasks for our mobile home park.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently complete work and repair orders
  • Accurately estimate time and scope of repairs
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks
  • Supervise work done by external contractors, when needed
  • Conduct daily inspections of common areas
  • Read gas, electric, and water meters
  • Provide support for emergency maintenance issues
  • Skilled in a variety of repairs
  • Report any observed property problems

This full-time position requires a valid California driver's license and personal automobile insurance. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm. After 90 days, Gas certification is mandatory for this role.

We offer competitive compensation and benefits, including $450 towards health and dental benefits after 60 days of employment. Background checks are part of our hiring process, and candidates must be at least 21 years old to apply.
