Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Hearthstone Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a 4-star rated facility in the Volare Health portfolio. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for identifying the needs of patients who require speech therapy intervention and delivering services in accordance with state and federal regulations.
