Job Description/Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct client care in homes, schools, and/or centers in 1:1 and group settings, utilizing intensive teaching and natural environment training arrangements.
  • Implement programs written by the case supervisor, ensuring seamless delivery of ABA services.
  • Assist in fostering autonomy with dignity and respect, promoting self-advocacy and independence among clients.
  • Complete accurate and timely case documentation, maintaining a clear record of client progress and treatment plans.
  • Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior, informing program development and adaptation.
  • Follow prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols, adhering to established best practices in ABA.
  • Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment, upholding high standards of professionalism and quality care.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This role provides opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a supportive and inclusive work environment. Schedule: Primarily after-school and weekends. There is also the opportunity to work at our center in Plainview. Job Location: Nassau/Suffolk County, Long Island.
