We are seeking a skilled Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist to join our team at Nextaff. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients with substance use disorders.
- Collaborate with patients to set and achieve treatment goals.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in the state of California.
- BLS/CPR certification.
- Familiarity with EMR and EHR systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
