We are seeking a skilled craftsman to join our maintenance team at Humble ISD. This is a full-time position that requires the ability to perform a variety of tasks, including maintenance, repair, and installation in all trade areas.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing buildings and facilities within designated time frames, ensuring they are in excellent operating condition. This includes work in carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, roofing, masonry, and flooring.
A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a valid Texas driver's license and a good driving record. The ideal candidate will have the ability to perform in all trade areas and may be required to obtain a State of Texas Maintenance Electrician License or Apprentice Electrician License.
Responsibilities- Maintain and repair buildings and facilities, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, roofing, masonry, and flooring.
- Work within designated time frames to ensure assigned District Building is in excellent operating condition.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Texas driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to perform in all trade areas.
- May be required to obtain a State of Texas Maintenance Electrician License or Apprentice Electrician License.
- Must have ability to clear a criminal background check and pass a drug test administered upon employment.
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
