Drumming Instructor

We are seeking a skilled Drum Instructor to join our team at School of Rock Park Ridge. As a Drum Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching students of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced musicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging drum lessons that cater to individual students' needs and goals
• Develop and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment that fosters creativity and musical growth
• Communicate effectively with parents and students to ensure a positive and productive learning experience
• Participate in school events and activities to promote the School of Rock brand and values

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience teaching and/or performing music professionally
• Knowledge of music theory and curriculum design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success
