Job Summary:

As a Shift Supervisor at Stewart's Shops, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store. This includes:

• Managing Store Operations: Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently, including food preparation, customer service, and cash handling.
• Leading a Team: Supervise and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent overstocking and understocking.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including the parking lot and surrounding areas.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
• Previous Retail Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with employees, customers, and management.
• Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
