RPh on the Go is seeking a skilled Retail Pharmacist to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our retail pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the pharmacy technicians and/or data entry clerks to ensure accurate and efficient data entry.
- Coordinate the ordering and prepacking of medications by pharmacy technicians.
- Screen all new medication orders for appropriate dose, drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications prior to dispensing.
- Assist in the proper handling, receiving, documentation, and storage of all controlled substances.
- Maintain a perpetual inventory for schedule II drugs.
- Clear and active license in the state of Ohio.
- Background in high-volume or compounding pharmacy is a plus.
