We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Director to lead our team of educators in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to children in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of teachers to create engaging and effective learning experiences for children
  • Ensure the site operates in compliance with licensing, safety, and educational standards
  • Build strong relationships with parents, families, and community partners to provide exceptional care and education
  • Recruit and enroll new families and children in our programs
  • Meet state-specific guidelines for the role and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
Requirements
  • At least one year of teaching experience with the ability to develop and inspire a team
  • A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple situations effectively
  • Meet state-specific guidelines for the role and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
