Job Summary

Ryder System is seeking a skilled Truck Driver CDL A Regional to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering goods to customers within a 300-mile radius of Wichita, KS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload freight, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety and compliance
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • Class A CDL with endorsements for tanker and hazmat
  • At least 9 months of verifiable experience in a tractor-trailer or comparable vehicle
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers
