Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Baltimore, MD. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing mechanical systems for our clients.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, onsite role that requires a strong background in mechanical engineering, with a focus on building design and construction administration. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience and a Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and execute assignments for multiple projects in a timely manner.
  • Effectively and collaboratively work across multiple departments and stakeholders to help gather requirements, plan and execute project requirements.
  • Draft and document equipment and processes to ensure seamless manufacturability of projects.
  • Document operational intent and maintenance requirements for the end user.
  • Maintain accurate records of design changes and project progress.
  • Participate in onsite customer visits, including project scope walks, meetings, testing, commissioning, startup support, and troubleshooting.
  • Assist with customer proposals and proposal development.
Qualifications and Skill Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Strong knowledge of applicable codes.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Ability to take direction and act independently.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.
  • Experience solving complex problems with little to no supervision and on schedule as an individual or as a member of an integrated team.
  • Experience in the management and execution of multiple projects in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent technical, presentation, and client interface skills.
  • Up-to-date with advancements in mechanical engineering technology and techniques.
  • Seek opportunities to innovate and improve existing designs and processes.
Education Requirement:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field from a 4-year accredited college or university.
