About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our outpatient team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing treatment programs for individual patients. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and re-assessments to monitor patient progress
  • Develop and implement specific treatment programs for individual patients
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
  • At least 3 years of experience in clinical therapy settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
