In this role, you will oversee the receipt of merchandise shipments, maintain precise inventory records, and manage all related documentation.


We provide comprehensive training and resources to help you excel. Your performance will be evaluated based on your accuracy, your ability to uphold high visual standards in the store, and your punctuality for all scheduled shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Bring at least 1 year of experience in inventory or merchandise support.

- Continuously enhance processes and optimize merchandise transfers.


- Demonstrate reliability and maintain a flexible schedule, which may include a mix of days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.

- Receive, process, unpack, and organize shipments while managing special merchandise requests.

- Conduct regular cycle counts and report findings to your supervisor.

- Assist on the sales floor by welcoming customers and answering inquiries as needed.

- Collaborate with various departments to handle merchandise returns and confirm receipt of shipments.

- Communicate any discrepancies or quality concerns to the fulfillment center during the receiving and auditing processes.
