Lead Respiratory Therapy Coordinator - Respiratory Therapy Division at Providence Services

Work Schedule: Full Time, Night Shift, 36 hours per week

In the role of Lead Respiratory Therapy Coordinator, you will oversee both operational and administrative responsibilities within the Respiratory Therapy Division. This position involves not only the core duties of a Respiratory Therapist but also includes key responsibilities such as managing shift schedules, engaging in the Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives, conducting staff performance evaluations, and serving as a vital resource for problem-solving within the department.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree: Graduate from a two-year AMA accredited Respiratory Therapy program -OR- Bachelor's Degree from an AMA accredited institution in Respiratory Therapy
  • Valid Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License
  • Current National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role
