Tredici Corp is seeking a highly skilled and experienced culinary professional to lead our kitchen team as a Sous Chef. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation, while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities- Food Quality and Presentation: Ensure that all dishes are cooked to perfection and presented in an aesthetically pleasing way.
- Kitchen Operations: Oversee food preparation, supervise kitchen staff, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Equipment Management: Monitor equipment quality and order new equipment as needed to maintain optimal kitchen performance.
- Inventory Management: Assist in determining food and supply needs, manage inventory reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Staff Development: Train new kitchen staff and provide guidance and support to ensure their success.
