The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $105,000 - $130,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As an Intensive Care Hemodialysis Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert care to patients undergoing hemodialysis in a critical care setting. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care that meets the unique needs of each patient.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized care plans for patients undergoing hemodialysis
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Compact RN license in good standing
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in acute care hemodialysis
  • Proficiency in using Tablo machines and Epic documentation systems
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
