Wound Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wound Care RN to join our team at Chapel Manor in Philadelphia, PA. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in leading our skin health and wound management program, collaborating with nursing center management and staff, and providing expert care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and integrate a fully developed Skin Health and Wound management program
- Use evidence-based guidelines to inform practice and improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with nursing center management and staff to develop and implement effective wound care strategies
- Provide expert care to patients with complex wounds, including assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized care plans
- Support central supply and durable medical equipment needs related to wound care
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $87,000 - $90,000 per year
- A desirable Monday-Friday dayshift schedule with occasional evening/weekend hours

Requirements:
- Must possess a RN license (MPT/DPT with leadership review/approval)
- Must complete Skin Health Team Lead orientation training and Wound Basics within 90 days of hire
- Commitment to attend monthly support calls is required
- Must have national accredited wound certification (CWS, CWCN, WCC, CWON, WOC, AWCC) or be committed to complete Advanced Wound Training and national accredited Wound Certification within 1 year of hire
