Position Summary:The Production Recruiting Specialist will oversee all aspects of the recruiting process for production roles at the Albert Lea, MN plant. The successful candidate will develop and execute a sourcing and recruiting strategy tailored to the plant's needs, ensuring effective and driven recruitment tactics.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to support the plant's staffing needs through various tactics and strategies.
- Collaborate with Business Human Resources leaders and Operations leaders on site to ensure alignment on hiring goals.
- Work closely with the coordinator, compliance teams, and other resources to ensure timely execution and completion of recruitment and hiring.
- Utilize internal analytics and metrics to resolve or improve upon recruitment practices, processes, and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on recruiting trends and external practices to ensure the company remains effective and driven.
- Ensure successful candidates meet compliance with legal and company requirements, including Employment Verification, Country Specific Labor Guidelines, Background Checks, etc.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
