BAYADA Hospice - Per Diem Registered Nurse

BAYADA Hospice is seeking compassionate and dedicated Per Diem Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in the Hospice office, located in Pennsauken, NJ. This office services hospice clients on a per visit basis in the Burlington County and Camden County, NJ.

Responsibilities:
  • Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
  • Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures and comfort care.
  • Monitor clients' conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
  • Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
  • Perform client assessments as necessary.
  • Occasional on-call after hours and/or weekends.
Qualifications:
  • A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in NJ.
  • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
  • Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
  • Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
