POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dedicated Hospitalist Physician to join a dynamic healthcare team. This role involves providing comprehensive inpatient care within a collaborative environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work a schedule of 7 days on followed by 7 days off.
- Participate in rotating shifts, including day, swing, and night shifts.
- Manage a patient load of 15-18 individuals per shift.
- Be part of a growing practice with a team of 14 physicians and 8 advanced practice providers.
- Serve a primary care patient base of 150,000, with access to specialty services for an additional 250,000 patients.
- Collaborate with a well-rounded medical staff of over 200 physicians, offering a variety of specialties and sub-specialties.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
- Competitive base salary of $300,000.
- Potential quality incentives of up to $20,000 annually.
- Comprehensive hospital benefits included.
- Opportunity for hospital employment.
- Signing bonus of $40,000.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Possession of an Indiana medical license in good standing.
