Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Technician II to perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-family apartment maintenance and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain good public relations with residents and vendors
  • Assist with annual apartment inspections and identify action items
  • Report violations of lease and house rules
  • Timely completion of maintenance requests, work orders, and ensure tenant's maintenance needs are being met
  • Work with manager to schedule vendors and order necessary supplies
  • Perform preventative maintenance duties
  • Maintain excellent curb appeal
  • Follow policies and procedures
  • Grounds maintenance
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of current and proven experience in multi-family apartment maintenance
  • Basic knowledge and experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, minor fixes, unit turnovers, and work orders
  • Basic familiarity with use of computers and technology
  • Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers
  • Valid CA Driver's License and auto insurance
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Able to work Monday-Friday schedule 8am-5pm and on-call as needed
