We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team at Mark Toyota of Plover in central Wisconsin. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and wants to be part of a family-owned dealership with over 35 years of experience.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will play a vital role in the success and growth of our dealership by consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals. The position offers a base salary plus commission, providing opportunities for advancement within the company.

Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a positive buying experience
- Prospect and generate leads through various methods, including networking and referrals
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain features and benefits to potential customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all vehicle models, features, and specifications
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement strategies for increasing sales
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to identify potential sales opportunities
- Utilize our customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and maintain a database of potential and existing customers
- Minimum of a High School degree or equivalent, secondary education is a plus
- Previous experience in a sales role preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficient with technology and ability to utilize computer software systems
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays
