EHS Specialist

Novelis is seeking a highly skilled EHS Specialist to join our team at the Berea manufacturing facility. As an EHS Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and health of our employees, as well as maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety training programs
• Investigate and report on accidents and near misses, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Develop and maintain safety documentation, including policies, procedures, and training records

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Operations, or Safety
• Minimum 2 years of experience in EHS, with a focus on occupational health and safety
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
