Job Overview

Compensation: $25 - $30/hour

Job Type: Direct Hire with Benefits

Shift Details:

3rd Shift

12 Hour: 7pm-7am

Overtime: Mandatory

The 12-hour 3rd Shift alternates between Week 1 and Week 2. Week 1: Mon/Tues/Sat/Sun and Week 2: Wed/Thurs/Fri. Every other weekend OFF. Shift hours are 7pm - 7am.

Additional Compensation: $1,000 Signing Bonus and $500 Referral opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and rectify equipment malfunctions.

- Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery.

- Identify and resolve electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues.

- Execute assigned projects (including machine relocations, modifications, installations, and workspace enhancements).

- Support the training of fellow maintenance staff and production team members.

- Ensure job functions enhance or maintain product quality.

- Complete work orders efficiently and within designated timelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.

- Advanced education (associate degree) in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred.

- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.

- Familiarity with electrical systems ranging from 24V DC to 480V AC.

- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.

Additional Information:

- Collaborate effectively in a team setting and deliver projects punctually with high-quality workmanship.

- Participate in on-the-job or classroom training covering hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, electronics, welding, and mechanical skills.

- Experience in Hilift/Forklift operation and the ability to obtain necessary licensing.

- Training in Quality Management Systems and Environmental Systems.

- Capable of performing physical tasks in a manufacturing environment, including standing, bending, stooping, lifting, pulling, and pushing.
