About the Role

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our team at Southwest Healthcare's Inland Valley Hospital in Wildomar, California. As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and making a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive care to patients in the Emergency Department, including assessments, treatments, and care planning.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Manage pain, invasive lines, and surgical drains, as well as other patient needs.
  • Practice in accordance with regulatory, professional, legal, and hospital policies.
  • Model the Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospitals' Core Values and mission statement.

Qualifications
  • One (1) year experience in an acute care facility, 6 month in Emergency Department required.
  • Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
  • BSN Preferred.
  • Registered Nurse with current California RN license.
  • BLS (AHA) certification.
  • ACLS (AHA) certification.
  • PALS (AHA) certification.
  • NIH Stroke Certification to be completed by end of the week of NEO.
  • MICN and TNCC (Inland Valley/status positions only) preferred.
  • CEN encouraged.
