We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Grain Handler - Processing Operator to join our team at Gold-Eagle Cooperative. As a key member of our agronomy team, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe handling of grain, from receiving and storage to loading and processing.

• Operate and maintain grain handling equipment, including conveyors, elevators, and storage facilities
• Monitor and control grain quality, ensuring it meets our high standards
• Collaborate with our agronomy team to optimize grain processing and loading operations
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities
• Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in grain handling or a related field
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Competitive hourly rate: $18.50 - $23.00 per hour based on experience
• Sign-on bonus: $1,500
