We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Registered Nurse to join our team at Wellpath. As a Quality Assurance Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of safety and excellence within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and lead a multidisciplinary quality improvement committee to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with NCCHC standards.
- Supervise data collection and assist in developing corrective action plans to address areas for improvement and promote positive patient outcomes.
- Ensure the CQI program includes physician clinical chart reviews and maintain standards folders used in accreditation.
- Apply critical thinking skills and sound judgment to a variety of practical and emergent situations while following standardized procedures.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Two (2) or more years clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Previous corrections experience preferred.
- Currently licensed in the state within which services are provided.
- Current CPR and AED Basic Life Support Certification.
