Job Title: Travel Ultrasound Technologist

Cross Country Allied is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Medical Sonographer for a travel opportunity in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Echocardiographer to join our team as a Travel Ultrasound Technologist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing echocardiograms to take images of patients' hearts, preparing patients for procedures, operating equipment, processing images for radiologists and physicians, and handling patient records.

Responsibilities
  • Perform echocardiograms to take images of patients' hearts
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process and answering questions
  • Operate ultrasound equipment to capture high-quality images
  • Process images for radiologists and physicians to aid in diagnosis and treatment
  • Handle patient records, including maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of recent experience in a relevant setting and specialty
  • ARMDS or CCI National Certification
  • BLS Certification (AHA)
  • Current state license (if applicable)
