Position Summary

The individual in this role is tasked with the setup and arrangement of memorabilia across various Hard Rock International venues, including cafes, hotels, casinos, and parks, as well as managing warehouse operations at the corporate office and external storage facilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the installation of memorabilia displays at designated locations as directed by the supervisor, encompassing all surface-mounted frames and three-dimensional display cases.
  • Provide assistance in all necessary aspects to finalize the installation of memorabilia items.
  • Demonstrate the ability to create a cohesive memorabilia display with guidance.
  • Conduct inventory of memorabilia in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Possess a working knowledge of mechanical and carpentry tools.
  • Be prepared to travel internationally for consecutive trips lasting 1-2 weeks.
  • Assist with the packing and unpacking of memorabilia items.
  • Load and unload memorabilia and project crates using a forklift.
  • Maintain up-to-date certification for forklift operation.
  • Ensure a clean and organized warehouse and work area, adhering to safety standards.
  • Manage the stock of essential warehouse and installation supplies.
  • Facilitate communication between designers and fellow installers regarding upcoming installations and requirements.
  • Support warehouse inventory initiatives as instructed.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in installation or warehouse roles within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Able to support multiple individuals in meeting their needs.
  • Self-motivated with high energy.

Language Proficiency

  • Strong communication and listening skills, with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Ability to comprehend and utilize technical or professional language to convey complex ideas.
  • Capable of effectively presenting information in one-on-one and small group settings to customers, clients, and colleagues.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to navigate the corporate office and cafes during visits (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods.
  • Capacity to sit for prolonged durations.
