Compensation: $20.50 per hour

The hourly range reflects the anticipated pay based on state averages. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with occasional evenings or Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist every customer in a courteous manner
  • Promote new loan opportunities to both existing and prospective customers through outreach efforts
  • Inform and upsell customers on a variety of product offerings, including loan options and insurance
  • Evaluate loan applications to assess customer eligibility
  • Engage with customers with overdue accounts to facilitate timely payments through collection outreach

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Background in sales and/or customer service
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
