Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Med/Surg Telemetry team at Landmark Medical Center. The successful candidate will provide direct and indirect patient care services, working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care services, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and medication administration.
  • Assist with triage and emergency response in the ER setting.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • Current and valid state license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.
  • Current BLS certification upon hire and maintain current.
  • IV certification upon hire; Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification preferred.
