  • Assist in receiving shipments and preparing products for floor placement, ensuring a well-organized and efficient stockroom.
  • Plan, track, and communicate in-transit shipment information to the leadership team, maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Participate in ongoing staff education and share product knowledge to enhance customer engagement and sales.
  • Assist in maintaining the building facilities and contribute to a positive store environment.

Requirements

  • Exceptional selling skills, customer service, and client relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Independent, proactive, results-driven work ethic.
  • Utmost character, honesty, and transparency.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, reach overhead, bend, squat, and kneel while organizing and stocking inventory.
  • Able to lift up to 30lbs regularly.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week.
  • Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
