Ladies & Gentlemen Hair Stylists is seeking a skilled Evening Esthetics Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in esthetics and education, with the ability to teach and mentor students in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement curriculum for esthetics programs
* Teach esthetics classes to students
* Evaluate student performance and provide feedback
* Maintain accurate records of student progress
* Collaborate with other educators to ensure consistency and quality in esthetics education

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Esthiology school graduate
* Current Ohio managing esthiology license
* Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Graduate of an Aveda Institute
* Previous experience as an educator in an esthetics school
* Previous retail experience at an Aveda salon or Aveda Experience Center
* Previous training or teaching experience in the beauty industry
