We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitor/Groundskeeper to join our team at EAH Housing. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our properties, both indoors and outdoors.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming.
• Empty trash and recyclables from common areas.
• Perform grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, weeding, raking, leaf disposal, and watering.
• Maintain all parking areas, including sweeping and blowing landings and power washing as needed.

• 1+ year of related janitorial or grounds experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for training purposes.

• Competitive hourly rate ($16.50-$20.00).
