Job Overview

Position: SailPoint IAM Engineers

Location: Onsite work required 2-3 days per week in designated office locations.

Contract Duration: Long-term engagement expected.

Client Requirements:

We are seeking two experienced SailPoint Engineers with a strong focus on identity and access management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityNow solutions tailored to meet organizational needs.
  • Oversee and enhance access management workflows, ensuring adherence to security protocols and compliance regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with IT and business units to integrate SailPoint with current systems and applications.
  • Diagnose and rectify issues related to identity governance and access permissions.
  • Create and sustain comprehensive documentation for configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
  • Engage in access review and certification initiatives to maintain ongoing compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a SailPoint Engineer role or equivalent, with an emphasis on access management.
  • In-depth knowledge of identity and access management principles and industry best practices.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for linking SailPoint with other platforms.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
