Estimated Salary Range

$65,000 - $85,000 per year

Job Responsibilities
  • Client Assessments: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans that cater to their unique situations.
  • Therapeutic Interventions: Provide trauma-informed therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), art, and play therapy to address clients' emotional and psychological challenges.
  • Collaboration and Case Management: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and manage cases effectively, ensuring seamless support for clients.
  • Supporting Children and Families: Engage with children and families, offering tailored support to meet their individual needs and promote healthy relationships.
  • Clinical Research and Professional Development: Participate in clinical research initiatives aimed at improving therapeutic practices and outcomes, while maintaining a commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry advancements.
  • Group Therapy Sessions: Facilitate group therapy sessions as needed, creating a supportive environment for shared experiences and collective growth.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • A degree in psychology, social work, or a related field; Licensed Social Worker (LSW) required
  • Experience working with children, preferably in a therapeutic setting
  • Familiarity with case management processes and procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients of all ages and backgrounds
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development, staying current with industry best practices and advancements
