As a Surgical Veterinary Technician at Ethos, you will play a vital role in our emergency team, partnering with ER Doctors to provide exceptional patient care and outstanding customer experiences.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Triage of incoming patients and management of clients throughout their visit
  • Collaboration with DVMs in patient assessment, diagnostics, treatments, and procedures
  • Collection and processing of laboratory samples such as blood, urine, free fluid, and fine needle aspirates
  • Utilization of imaging modalities for patient assessment
  • Execution, monitoring, and recovery of all assigned sedation and anesthetic events

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $32-$50 per hour, plus a $3 swing shift differential. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus of $2,500 for new full-time employees.

To qualify for this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience
  • Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations of drug doses, CRIs, client invoices, and estimates
  • High-level venipuncture skills, mathematical aptitude, and patient handling expertise
