Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist PRN to join our team at Resurgens Orthopaedics. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality MRI studies in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct MRI scans and ensure accurate image acquisition
  • Screen patients and others entering the MRI area to ensure a safe environment
  • Send images to our Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS)
  • Arrive patients in our computer system(s)
  • Perform other duties as assigned by MRI management
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • ARRT registration in good standing
  • Experience with GE and Siemens magnets preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Outstanding patient care skills
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
Work Environment

As an MRI Technologist PRN, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent patient care. You may be exposed to infectious diseases when interacting with patients and/or family members. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

It is essential that you remain aware of Resurgens policies, Information Security policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures for minimizing threats and ensuring protection of Protected Health Information (PHI). Your awareness and buy-in are crucial to the success of our HIPAA policies and procedures.
