Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 for new hires with a 2-year commitment.
Work Schedule: Full-Time Position (1.00 FTE, 80 hours per pay period) with a Monday to Friday schedule and variable days off. No on-call, weekends, or holidays required, although late calls may be necessary based on surgical schedules.
Role Expectations:
The Meridian Surgery Center, located in the picturesque Treasure Valley of Idaho, features two operating rooms, 10 Preoperative Bays, and 6 Recovery Bays, specializing in general surgery and urology for ASA 1, ASA 2, and select ASA 3 patients. Our facility operates from Tuesday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, allowing our staff to enjoy three-day weekends without on-call duties. We consistently receive high patient satisfaction ratings for our compassionate care and exceptional service.
The Registered Nurse is tasked with assessing patients and supporting physicians in delivering care. Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care tailored to the needs of each patient.
Qualifications:
- Education: Nursing Degree (ADN or BSN)
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of RN experience as an OR circulator is required.
- Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure in the state of practice, BLS certification required, CNOR certification preferred.
