We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Leader to join our team at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Stoneham, MA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow our membership base through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Train and coach our front desk staff to achieve sales excellence.
  • Schedule shifts and manage sales metrics to drive business growth.
  • Work closely with our team to achieve quarterly incentives and sales goals.
What We Offer
  • $17 base salary, plus $15-$40 commission for every membership sold.
