- Develop and maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize patient care and clinical operations.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance nursing practice.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Ohio.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications may be required based on clinical area standards.
