Citizens Alliance Bank is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Ag Loan Officer to join our team. As a Commercial Ag Loan Officer, you will be responsible for managing an existing Commercial Ag loan portfolio and developing new Commercial Ag lending business.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow an existing Commercial Ag loan portfolio
- Develop new Commercial Ag lending business through effective underwriting, structuring, and closing of loans
- Exercise sound judgment in the loan making process
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Stay up-to-date on Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- High School diploma or equivalent required; continuing education to maintain job knowledge
- Three to five years of banking experience, preferably in customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suites
- Strong prioritization, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
