Job Summary

Citizens Alliance Bank is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Ag Loan Officer to join our team. As a Commercial Ag Loan Officer, you will be responsible for managing an existing Commercial Ag loan portfolio and developing new Commercial Ag lending business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow an existing Commercial Ag loan portfolio
  • Develop new Commercial Ag lending business through effective underwriting, structuring, and closing of loans
  • Exercise sound judgment in the loan making process
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Stay up-to-date on Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; continuing education to maintain job knowledge
  • Three to five years of banking experience, preferably in customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suites
