Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Measurement & Attribution team at Warner Bros. Discovery as a Director, Audience Measurement. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and testing new innovative ad solutions, establishing workflows for planning, optimizing, and measuring audiences, and driving greater value for Warner Bros. Discovery's advertiser partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with multiple partners to design and build Data-Driven Video (DDV) offerings from Warner Bros. Discovery.
  • Oversee the development and execution of Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives to accelerate Warner Bros. Discovery's next-generation measurement and currency capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Warner Bros. Discovery's measurement providers to drive incremental improvements to the company's measurement of client campaigns.
  • Work with sales leads to ensure Warner Bros. Discovery's audience measurement offerings are clear to brand and agency clients, and gather requested improvements to further Warner Bros. Discovery's capabilities in providing effective audience measurement.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Audience Measurement team to establish the team as a center of excellence within the Ad Sales Research, Data & Insights department.
  • Track and synthesize data assets and methodology for common 3rd-party measurement offerings that Warner Bros. Discovery or its advertiser partners might have an interest in.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of linear and digital datasets to inform top-level findings and share them across internal teams.
  • Assist in formulating Warner Bros. Discovery's point of view on media measurement, including creating presentations, white papers, and participating in industry committees to share learnings and knowledge in the media measurement space.

Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of experience in ad-tech, media measurement, programming, or ad agency roles with hands-on experience in media measurement and the development of measurement products.
  • Experience and familiarity with programming languages (SQL, Python, R) for conducting data analyses.
  • Solid knowledge of major linear and digital TV measurement reporting services (e.g. Comscore, Nielsen, VideoAmp).
  • Solid knowledge of cross-platform and addressable measurement of broad demo and advanced audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (computer science, mathematics, marketing analytics, statistics, economics).
  • Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
