Position Summary:

Coordinated Resources Inc offers project oversight and installation services within the rapidly evolving commercial furniture sector. Warehouse Team Members play a crucial role in ensuring that all incoming products are handled with precision and tracked effectively within our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates the movement of materials within the warehouse and executes various support tasks.
  • Conducts operations such as unloading, picking, packing, counting, and verifying items to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Utilizes hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, motorized conveyors, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment in accordance with safety regulations.
  • May access or input data into a warehouse management system (WMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, or other databases.
  • Responsible for fulfilling customer orders based on a pick list and preparing shipments in line with company standards.
  • Unloads trucks delivering products.
  • Processes all incoming products by measuring dimensions, inspecting for damages, documenting details, and entering information into our WMS.
  • Assists in retrieving products as outlined in daily pull lists.
  • Safely and efficiently loads products onto trucks.
  • Ensures that each truck is equipped with all necessary items for deliveries.
  • Welcomes and assists truck drivers during deliveries and pickups.
  • Verifies that all products returned from job sites are tagged for accurate inventory and storage, notifying the Warehouse Lead of any discrepancies.
  • Stores products according to the locations specified in the WMS.
  • Supports the Warehouse Lead as directed.
