Tax Manager Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee tax projects in accordance with firm and industry standards
• Organize and coordinate tax projects with clients and resources
• Collaborate closely with clients to build and maintain relationships
• Thoroughly review tax filings and supporting documentation
• Conduct comprehensive tax research initiatives
• Update clients and team members on project progress and opportunities
• Provide mentorship, direction, and oversight to team members
• Maintain proficiency in tax regulations relevant to industry focus
• Foster new client connections while sustaining existing ones
• Manage a portfolio of clients, including financial planning and performance targets
• Participate in consulting and special assignments as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA certification is mandatory
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting
• Capability to meet deadlines and manage multiple client accounts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Familiarity with accounting and auditing standards
