Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort and dignity are maintained.
- Monitor and record resident vital signs and weight, reporting any changes to the nursing supervisor.
- Provide high-quality personal hygiene services, promoting resident independence and dignity.
- Respond promptly to resident call lights, addressing their needs in a timely and respectful manner.
- Report any changes in resident condition to the nursing supervisor, ensuring seamless care coordination.
- Apply principles of infection control in the provision of patient care, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in adjusting to changing conditions and priorities.
- Valid and active state-issued C.N.A. certification.
- Current first aid/CPR certification.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
