Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Assist customers in finding the right products and services, answering questions and resolving any issues
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of cash handling and inventory control
  • Build strong relationships with customers, wholesale and retail partners, and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and promotions, making recommendations to customers as needed
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
  • Participate in sales and inventory management, achieving sales goals and maintaining optimal inventory levels
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role
  • Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products, as well as operating tinting and mixing equipment
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in multiple languages, including Spanish
