Position Overview

This role is based in a collaborative clinical environment where you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to adult patients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Graduation and certification from an accredited advanced practice program.
  • A minimum of two years of outpatient clinical experience as an Advanced Practice Provider, demonstrating the ability to work independently.
  • Conducting thorough health assessments and managing acute and chronic health conditions.
  • Possessing a current, unrestricted license in the practicing state or eligibility for licensure.
  • Maintaining an active Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration or eligibility for registration.
  • Having active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or eligibility to enroll.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
  • Exhibiting strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems; familiarity with Athena is preferred.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
