Clinical Social Worker

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Social Worker to join our team at Westchester Jewish Community Services. As a valued member of our team, you will provide direct clinical care to individuals, families, and groups, and work collaboratively with other mental health professionals to deliver evidence-based treatments.
Responsibilities:- Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation of client progress.
- Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Represent the agency at community meetings and events, and participate in special projects as needed.
- Supervise staff or students, and participate in ongoing professional development and training.
- Masters Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
- Possession of or eligibility for licensure to practice in New York State (LMSW, LCSW or LMHC).
- Experience working in an outpatient clinic, preferably in a community mental health setting.
- Fluency with evidence-based treatments, and ability to work with diverse populations.
- Strong observational skills, and ability to analyze and summarize psychosocial information.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Competitive salary range from $60,000 to $70,000.
