Position Overview:
This role focuses on enhancing the cleanliness and health of our clients' spaces by executing essential cleaning tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all cleaning activities for facilities using designated ServiceMaster products and procedures.
- Tasks include sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash disposal, restroom sanitation, window cleaning, and dusting.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary.
- Secure and unlock facilities, managing security systems as required.
Physical Requirements and Qualifications:
- Frequent standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, and reaching.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Familiarity with various cleaning products and their applications.
- Previous experience in custodial roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Must be adaptable and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative work atmosphere.
- Demonstrate reliability by being punctual and in uniform.
- Show respect and courtesy to all colleagues and clients.
